A Study of Fault Tree Analysis Based on Failure Rate as Fuzzy Number
基于故障率为模糊数的故障树分析方法研究

In this paper, based on conventional fault tree analysis(FTA), we present a new FTA method where each component's failure rate is considered as fuzzy number after introducing extension principle in fuzzy methematics. Finally, an example is given.
