Model of Reform of Capital Assets for Hotel Enterprises

The article analyzes various models of re-organization; Governance (or administration), Market independent (enterprise) and a Combination of aforementioned. The article further studies the behavioral characteristics of three models: Amalgamation Control and Absorption. Further considerations have been identified by: capital assets, debt service ratio, employee arrangement, intangible assets and financial status. Recommendations to consider have been identified by: establishing a hotel group and / or management company and amalgamation with various industries. The pro-action suggested within the article provides a new direction for Chinese hotel enterprises and state owned hotels to financially reform and improve the level of preparedness for the future.
