After analyzing the actuality of uncertain network's direct optimizing, difficulty of optimizing and the existing question at present, the principle and common method of uncertain network's direct optimizing was put forward, at the same time PERT network time limit for a project compression, linear programming model of the optimal time limit for a project and gray linear programming model was established, the traditional resource optimizing method was improved.
