Master Production Scheduling System of Jobbing Production in CIMS based on Visual Technique

In this paper, the master production scheduling system is developed by using both operational research and visual technique. The system takes advantages of both operational research in the aspect of optimization and visual technique in the aspect of direct interaction so that schedulers can make scheduling conveniently and efficiently. The system running shows that the scheduling system is rational and agile and can increase the efficiency of the facilities.
