Research on Quantificational Performance Evaluation Based on Combination Weighting and TOPSIS
基于组合赋权及TOPSIS 的绩效定量评价研究

The center of project management is the manager,whose performance plays an important role in the efficient and quality of project.In order to give quantificational performance evaluation,a new method of the performance evaluation of the manager is put forward.This method determines the relative weights of the checking factors by the combination weighting method,gives the relative factors values through the BARS,processes the qualitative factors and figures out the synthetical performance values.Finally,it determines the order of the managers by the way of TOPSIS.An example indicates that the method is reasonable and effective.
