An Expert System for Prediction Fissure Rock Water in Neotectonic Movement Area Based on Fuzzy Neural Network

This paper described an expert system for prediction fissure water in neotectionic movement area based on expertise. A fuzzy neural network method is used in this system and program having inference and learning ability and data processing is developed with C. this prediction system has been demonstrated by a typical example and has provided as decision support system to engineers with information about fissure water.
