Research on Model and Solving Algorithm of Production Planning with Combined Quality for Agile Supply Chain Management

Abstract:
The problem of production planning with combined quality is described for agile supply chain management. A model is proposed in which enterprise resource is restricted, and its objective is to find an optimal production planning and to maximize the satisfaction of fuzzy due date. A genetic algorithm of led mutation is designed to solving the model. In algorithm, an individual of random mutation become be feasibility using information inquired technology and a led mutation process. After that, the genetic search is led to the best area of feasibility by means of the penalty technology and elite election strategy. The computational results demonstrate that it can get a satisfactory solution.
