A Possible Approach to the Framework of the Fundamental Theory of System Science: Part Two

Abstract:
A qualitative and quantitative framework for the fundamental theory of system sciences as well as some details is given on the basis of some new experimental evidences, ideas and achievements concerning evolution in many fields such as modern physics, molecule biology and brain anatomy, etc. Some concepts such as interaction, evolution, adaptability, and complexity are discussed. Intuitional annotations about catastrophe, bifurcation, attractor, chaos, fractal and synergy are also given. The essence and the value of information, and the closed relation between information and nonlinearity are investigated. It is no doubt that all the works are to be considered in detail, although we have some rigorous results in particular steps. ; It is the second part of the paper. The global picture for the evolution process of the world and some ideas for the framework of the fundamental theory of system sciences are presented.
