Complex Adaptive System (CAS)-Based Allocation and Management of River Basin Water Resources
基于CAS 范式的流域水资源配置与管理及建模仿真

Because of disadvantages to traditional theory and methods on allocation and management of river basin water resources,This paper views the system of river basin water resources as a collaborating accretion network composed of many independent agents,and studies its complexity with the complex adaptive system(CAS)theory.Based on CAS,we propose a new framework for the allocation of river basin water resources.On the platform of SWARM,simulations were performed for the city Wugang in Hongruhe basin to verify the effectiveness of the theoretical framework.
