The Research on Optimizing Enterprises Organization Based on Queueing Theory
基于排队论的企业组织结构优化研究

This article first presents the importance of organizational design for enterprises, then raises the object of organizational optimization. On the basis of queueing theory, a model about loss of management cost is created. Research into organizational optimizaton considering different cases such as structure of two or more layers, fixed management spans and organizational layers, variable spans and layers. The drawn conclusion is significant in practice.
