Approach of Minimizing Fuzzy Unserved Energy Cost in Electric Power Network Planning
|
Abstract:
Based on fuzzy set theory, this paper presents a fuzzy linear programming model that is used calculating minimal unserved energy cost( UEC). Possibility distribution of UEC may be get by translating this model into a parametric linear programming model which can be solved by extended Bland's anticycling dual simplex algorithm. The numerical example of IEEE-24 buses and Monte Carlo simulative results demonstrate the correctness and effectiveness of the proposed approach.
