Research and Application of Theory on Coordination and Optimizing Arrangement in Our Energy System Based on Viewpoint of Scientific Development

In our country,energy supplying happed to become very shortage in 2003 by reason that single-development model was hold in our energy system.Until the viewpoint was annunciated,the systematic coordinated-development model is confirmed to be the radical means to resolve the puzzledom.From this point,the functional theory is used to calculate the energy targets to realize the all-sided well-off society in 2020.And this paper verified the results in five aspects,drawing the conclusion it can meet the requirement that the development of energy should be high efficiency,sustainable,clean,economical and for the people.At the end,it presents seven suggestions of energy development based on the optimized target.
