Supervisal Policy and Benefit of E-government System Platform Construction

The supervisal policy and benefit of the united e-government system platform which central government initiated is analyzed quantitatively. Based on the benefit model, the optimal time for local government taking part in e-government platform and its related influence factor are investigated in the paper. Then the subsidy model of central government and its algorithm of searching optimization are proposed.
