A Decision Model for Distribution of Business Power Based on Judgement and Evaluation

From the view of business strategic programming, a decision model for distribution of business power based on the decision maker's judgement and evaluation has been presented in this paper. The distribution of power which the business should invest in the environmental factors in order to fulfil the strategic goals can be given by this model. The results given by the model can help the business make the concrete executive plan.
