Anti-accuracy Phenomenon and Formalization

By formulizing the definition of the relationship between sample incompleteness and model roughness in soft histogram estimation, an anti-accuracy principle is found. Based on the principle, a better resolution can be realized by rough models when the information is incomplete or contrarily by precise models when the information is complete.
