Measurement and Evaluation of Regional Technological Innovation in Small and Medium Enterprises Based on Fuzzy Integral

According to the questions of measurements and evaluation of regional technology innovation in small and medium enterprises, a synthetic evaluation method on regional technology innovation of small and medium based on fuzzy integral is brought forward, which is combined with improving fuzzy integral evaluation method and based on established measurement and evaluation index system of regional technology innovation in small and medium enterprises. In order to provide the basis for government to formulate relevant economy policy and for small and medium enterprises to take effective actions to improve technology innovation capabilities of one's own. we carry through empirical analysis about 5 regions' small and medium enterprises and draw conclusions.
