What type of coal mining methods is used in a working face will affect the outcomes of the coal mine. In this paper, a combined decision model with hierarchical structure has been built based on the systematic analysis of economic profits, social outcomes, technological factors and management levels. Then, the model solving approach is also given refered to AHP approach.
