Application of a Two-level Game Model to Analysis of Electricity Power Transaction
|
Abstract:
A two-level game model for a kind of two-level decision system is presented and utilized to the analysis of transaction form of electricity power market. The inductive strategy of the pool and the optimal bid strategy of market members are deduced. It draws a conclusion that when the inductive strategy of the pool ensures the pool price can not be interfered by bid strategy change of a single member it can make the members bid with their real marginal cost and ensure the optimal whole benefit, therefore it is a successful inductive strategy.
