Effects of Technology and Trade on Earnings and Distribution

We present a new method of studying change of compensation of labours and income distribution with trade, technological change over the 1997-2001 period. In growth of compensation of labours, the impact of technological change is 29.96%, consumption households is 12.17%, export is 0.65%, import is -0.54%. On the increase of income inequality, effect of technological change is the largest, trade is small, consumption households is the negative largest.
