Partner selection is the key to the success of virtual enterprise operation. This article identifies and classifies the partners of virtual enterprise. It analysis the study situation of virtual enterprise partners selection and puts forward the new route to partner selection. Further more, it sums up the traditional selection strategic of virtual enterprise partners, gives out a new framework to confirm the evaluation indes of virtual enterprise partners and introduces the concept of E-Broker into the selection of virtual enterprise partners. At last, the article puts forward an overall framework for the process of virtual enterprise partners selection based on the work of former study.
