WSR Analysis of General Design of Beijing Public Transport Intelligent Dispatching System

In this paper, the general designing procedure of an engineering project "Beijing Public Transport Intelligent Dispatching System" is analyzed by using WSR system methodology. The authors pointed that this methodology is an integration of both qualitative and quantitative method. It is an metasynthesis methodology which could be effectively used to analyse open complex systems in the condition of modern economic and technology development.
