Studies on Virtual Enterprise and Its Construction

In order to well and truly understand the nature of virtual enterprise, we first present the definition of a virtual enterprise and its main features, and then, study the motivations for developing virtual enterprises systematically. Finally, the issues concerning virtual enterprise construction are discussed and a framework is provided as well.
