The Measurement of Organizational Learning in Network Environment:a Case Study

Based on a brief literature review of recent research about organizational learning measurement, we suggest a measurement system-EPCETVLS model, which includes eight indexes, to evaluate organizational learning. Then we perform a confirmed factor analysis of the measurement model by using of data of an investigation on enterprises that in network environment. Finally, we further analyze the organizational learning measurement model EPCETVLS, which provides the basis of further analysis of relevant areas of organizational learning.
