Rural economy is a big and complicated social system. Any system certainly has its structure, and the function of the system is determined by the structure. This article presents a theory that the rural economic system is a three-dimensional value function unit structures composed of biological production, material technology and economic revolving. According to these characteristics of the developing mechanism of the rural economy and the foundamentals of system-dynamics, a system simulating model was founded in this article. Through the electrk computer control, this model is used for adjusting the relationships of the energy, the material and the value currents, so as to bring the value function unit into a full play and to promote the range-to all-around develope farming, forestry, animal husbandry, sideline and fishery, the quality-to build up a good ecological circulation system, and the high degree-to develope commodity production-of the rural economic production.
