Effect of Institutional Arrangement of Agricultural Land on Sustainable Utilization
农用地的制度安排与土地的可持续利用

An economic model of change of soil erosion of agricultural land over time is provided in this paper. Meanwhile, user cost is introduced in the analysis of land use. Three results are obtained: 1. Generally, sustainable use of agricultural land is not realized by economic system due to difference between economic objective and objective of sustainable development. 2. User cost of society are more than user cost of farmer in our country because of institutional arrangement of agricultural land. 3. The period in which agricultural lands are rented by farmers from the country should be prolonged in order to realize full utilization of the land and to remove on site externality of soil erosion.
