A Method of Dividing Gradation of the Condition of the Natural Disaster Considering the Regional Economy Difference and It's Application
一种考虑地域经济差异的自然灾害灾情分级方法及应用

Based on the practical requirements to fight and rescue the disasters in China,considering the regional economy difference, the paper presented a method to divide the gradation of the condition of the natural disaster using the grey cluster. The method was useful to build the management of reducing disaster and the succour clauses of a clear duty in China. Finally, the paper presented the result of dividing gradation of the condition of the earthquake disaster for 1990-1995 in Chinese main land.
