Profit Sharing in Production, Procurement and Marketing Management

Abstract:
Production, procurement and marketing management is critical in today's business environment. Under most circumstances, one of the significant factors of the stochastic profits is three managers' effort. The managing director must coordinate the profit relationship of three managers with effective incentive mechanism, in order to acquire more profits. The paper uses game theory to solve profit sharing in production, procurement and marketing management.
