Analysis and Re engineering of Organization Structure of State owned Enterprises

Based on the analysis of the necessity of re ergineering the state owned enterprises' organization structure, three kinds of re engineering modes are presented, which are further discussed from three points of local reform, definition of the optimal organization structure and design of organization structure. They provide state owned enterprises with instructions in re engineering organization structure.
