The Real Option Method of Project Financial Evaluation in Infrastructure Project Financing
基础项目融资中项目经济性评价的实物期权方法

Aiming at traditional method can't evaluate infrastructure project efficiently,we outline a real option-based financial evaluation model based on the option characteristics of the evaluation. The dynamic trends of project value and project cost are included in this model. Firstly, this model calculates the value of project option including two variables named project value and project cost. Then the model evaluates the financial viability of the project combined with NPV analysis.
