Locating of Transportation Interchanges for Converging and Dispersing of Visitors in the 2010''''Shanghai Expo Arena

The system studied in the paper is one of the sub-systems of the 2010'Shanghai Expo Transportation System. It is one of the most important basic guarantees for safe and rapid converging and dispersing of visitors for the Shanghai Expo to locate scientifically transportation interchanges in the Expo Arena. The paper generally introduces the 2010'Shanghai Expo, analyses the characteristics of the visitors for the 2010'Shanghai Expo and gives the definition of Transportation Interchange. An index-system for evaluating alternatives of the transportation interchanges is introduced. The alternatives of the transportation interchanges can be arranged in order of importance by using AHP and would be altered according to the decision maker with different budgets.
