The Optimal Control of a Simple Inventory-Production System

This paper disscusses a simpal inventory-production system, which is composed of one workshop and one warehouse. By the means of queueing theory, the infinitesimal generator of the Markove process described the system is obtained. And we provide an algorithm to find the optimal control invarables of the system.
