Industry Joint Purchasing Cost Allocation Based on n-person Cooperation
基于合作对策的行业联合采购费用分摊研究

After analyzing the forming of joint purchasing in the industry enterprise alliance and the necessity of allocating the cost fairly and reasonably among each enterprise, the cost allocation model of the industry joint purchasing is built, based on the n-person cooperation game theory. Then the different solution concepts of the game theory are proposed and applied in a case study, such as Shapley value method, the nucleolus method and simplified MCRS method. Finally, It is indicated that the application of the n-person cooperation game theory in the industry joint purchasing cost allocation is helpful to implement the joint purchasing plan effectively.
