Axiomatic System of State Variable Weights and Construction of Balance Functions
状态变权的公理化体系和均衡函数的构造

A new definiton of state variable weights is given and some properties are discussed. Then some interesting examples are introduced. At last two kinds of useful balance functions are studied.
