Research on Knowledge Transferring Characteristic
知识的转移特性研究

Knowledge is usually divided into tacit knowledge and explicit knowledge in research work. Based on the analysis of the knowledge transferring process, this paper distinguishes the pseudo tacit knowledge from the tacit knowledge and tacit knowledge. We construct a two\|phase model to explain the pseudo tacit knowledge transferring process. The qualification and time of the transition from one phase to another is educed.
