A Study on the Application of Dual Response Surface Methodology in Product Design Improvement
双响应曲面方法在改进产品设计中的应用研究

The paper presents a solution to optimize one of the key quality characteristics, the hardness of the rubber material, using a dual response surface methodology in a tyre manufacturing company in Tianjin. A design of experiment software has been developed based on dual response surface methodology. The material proportion that yields target value and minimizes variation of the hardness has been identified based on the experimental results.
