Evaluation of Organizational Structure Scenarios Based on DEA Model
基于DEA 模型的部队编制方案评价

In order to evaluate the efficiency of Organizational Structure Scenarios aright and reasonably,the author calculated the total efficiency,technological efficiency,scale efficiency of all scenarios using Data Envelopment Analysis model,got initial sequent of all scenarios.Some feasible ways are put forth for ineffective scenarios to make them effective.Final sequent is got by comparing mean transverse efficiency of all scenarios.Some useful advices on the organizational structure scenarios are also achieved,which is valuable to make decisions for some decision-making department.
