STATISTICAL ANALYSIS FOR THE LIFETIME TEST WITH VARYING STRESSES
变应力寿命试验的统计分析

In this paper,the lifetime distribution of product under varying stresses,which is con-nected with both the stress levels and the order of them,is given,using S-N-P curves and thecumnlative damage principle.Based on this distribution,statistical analysis and inference areprovided for the lifetime data from varying stress test.This method suits not only to te fa-tigue experiment,but also to the life test or the accelerated life test under a single varyingstress or under various combination of varying stresses.Thus,the lifetime characteristics un-der normal varying stress can be predicted by the accelerated life test under the combinedvarying stresses.
