By constructing the credit degrees of judgement matrice given by experts,this paper generalizes the arithmetic mean method, geometric mean method and weight arithmetic mean method in group decision making of AHP, and presents weighted arithmetic mean method, weighted geometric mean method and weighted weight arithmetic mean method.
