STABILITY OF THE OPEN TIME-VARYING POPULATION SYSTEM AND CLOSED TIME-VARYING POPULATION SYSTEM
开环与闭环时变人口系统的稳定性

In this paper,the stability of the open time-varying population system and closed time-varying population are discussed,and the sufficient condition for these systems to be stable andasymptotically stable and the necessary condition for the open time-varying population systemto be stable are obtained.These results can be used for making population policies and popula-tion plans.
