Some New Results of Quantitative Evaluation Indexes on Peer Reviewer Comments

Based on the results from former researchers, the quantitative evaluation of peer reviewer comments is discussed further. A mathematic model for the estimation value of a NSFC project proposal is set up. An algorithm for adjusting estimation values from peer reviewers is given. Based on these, two current quantitative indexes are improved. Three new quantitative evaluation indexes are given. Both physical meanings and mathematic meanings of these indexes as well as their application scopes are explained thoroughly. These quantitative indexes are important for the proper selection of peer reviewers.
