An Optimal Approximation Model for Comprehensive Assessment of Regional Water Resources Utilization
|
Abstract:
It is difficult to establish the mathematics model and to control the precision of the assessment models in the complex system of water resources utilization with multi-index. In order to solve the incompatible indexes problem and to raise the model precision of water resources utilization assessment, a new model, optimal approximation model (OAM), is presented for water resources utilization assessment based on the assessment standards, 3000 samples driving, three typical points in each assessment grade and gray code accelerating genetic algorithms. And its detailed step is given. As an example, water resources utilization is assessed by OAM in Xi'an. The result shows that OAM has the features of visual, effective and high precision. And OAM has the functions of classifying and arrangement. It is a good assessment model for various water resources comprehensive assessments.
