Information Technology-Based Organization Model Transformation

This article starts with the concept of organization transformation, discusses the relative knowledge about organization transformation in detail, and provides two strategic methods of change: TQM and BPR. Furthermore, We analyze the relation between information technology and organization transformation, and point out that organization structure will not be optimized unless they are supported by information technology. On the other hand, with the wide use of information technology in enterprises, IT affects the attributes of organization. Finally, We suggest a more comprehensive methodology for organization transformation, i.e., an integration of ISP,TQM,BPR.
