Discrimination system for a polynomial is a set of explicit expressions in terms of the coefficients, which is sufficient for determining the numbers andmultiplicities of the real and imaginary roots. A discrimination sequence for a translational polynomial is given: the polynomial discriminant systembeing invariant, while the positive roots ones not. An explicit expression for positive roots discriminant sequence of polynomials under translation is obtained. It can be obtained by using Bezout matrix.
