Construction and Demonstration of an Index System of Knowledge Amount of Position

To start with position analysis, we expand PAQ into an ``Employee Productivity Questionnaire" which was used to investigate various positions in different work units. Next we develop an index system measuring position knowledge amount, by which we performed classification on those positions. In this way we demonstrat the index dimensional difference of the position characteristics and provid a foundation for further research on knowledge work productivity.
