Research on the Multi-Layer Hierarchical Forecast of Monthly Runoff Series

Monthly runoff series is a sort of non stationary time sequence with periodicity. In this paper,according to their characteristics,a multi layer hierarchical forecast model is established, and modelling and forecasting methods are thoroughly researched.
