The development of IT is catalysis of management revolution of enterprise, and BPR brought about by it changed operational model of enterprise completely. On one hand, BPR must be supported by IT to realize the purpose of revolution and to realize the vision of enterprise. On the other hand, IT must be applied under the guide of BPR in order to avoid "black hole", break information silo and to realize sharing information. Only with the combination of IT and BPR and with the mutual promotion of BPR and IT can realize the purpose of better operational model of enterprise and the goal of increasing competence ability of enterprise through reengineering business process.
