The Comprehensive Evaluation Method and Its Application on the Economic Effects of Coal Enterprises

In this paper the multi-layer target system of comprehensive evaluation of economic effects on coal enterprises is put forward from four aspects of result, effectiveness, consumption and safety, the mathematic model of comprehensive evaluation of economic effects on coal enterprises is built by the use of Analytical Hierarchy Process and the set theory of fuzzy mathematics, the difficult problem of quantitative evaluation of economic effect on coal enterprises is solved, applied example is given out at last, and beneficial conclusions are obtained. The scientific basis has been provided for coal enterprises and concerned statistical branches to accomplish the change from checking quantities to checking economic effects.
