THE POSITIVE SOLUTION OF LINEAR INTEGRODIFFERENTIAL EQUATIONS

In this paper,the existence of positive Neumann series solution for the stationary,the sta-tionary anisotropic,and energy-dependent transport equation in bounded convex inhomogene-ous media with vacuum boundary condition is discussed transport equation,in bodunded con-vex inhomogeneous media with vacuum boundary condition is discussed,and the relation be-tween the condition of the existence of a positive solution and the properties of transport mediais explored.By constructing new operators,a condition under which the equation possessesunique positive solution is given.In addition,the dominant eigenvalue of the transport op-erator is estimated and the asymptotic property of the solution for the time-dependent equa-tion is described.
