PERTURBATION OF ONE RANK FOR (D)~m-CLASS OF LINEAR OPERATORS

Abstract:
In this paper,a perturbation theorem,which generalizes the perturbation results in 6,7]is proven.Unded the condition for one rank perturbation,a necessary and sufficient con-dition for A.G.Ramm's result 4] to hold is given.
