in this paper,by studying the existence of solutions of some nonlinear operater equations,we establish some existence theorems of positive or negative solutions for a class of nonlinear Chandrasekhar's H-equationswhich arise in the theory of radioactive transfer and in the kinetic theory of gases.The theorems in this paper have embraced or improved upon some known results of Richard W.Leggett,C.A.Stuart and others.
